The Food Photography Workshop
This is a basic course on Food Photography that you will really love, honest, no kidding, I really mean it.
Wouldn’t you like your food images to look more inviting? Delicious? Amazingly yummy? I’ll answer that for you ….of course you would.
We will start with a presentation explaining the basics of photographing food. We’ll go over the use of different types of surfaces, plates, glassware, flatware, props, tools and tricks of the trade. Folks love the tricks of the trade part. You’ll learn how to create a set, techniques for food styling, studio lighting and natural light photography. The camera will be tethered to a laptop, so you can see detail and depth of focus. After photographing and making the food look deliciously amazing, we will spend some time on postproduction tweaking the images. (not to be confused with twerking, which you can do after class, with your friends, out of the studio). This is approximately a 4-hour course (usually a little longer). Location will be at my studio in Temecula. Images shown are from workshop students.
1 to 3 students only.
