The Chef Rosie Project 

I have worked and traveled with Chef Rosie for a number of years. I’ve been following her journey as the chef and restaurant owner of Provecho Grill in Menifee, California, and traveling to Mexico with her Calimex Tours. The Calimex Experience include taco trips to Tijuana and beer and wine tours in Baja.  

The Food Photography and Life Style images here are mostly from the Restaurants, Wineries, Festivals and Resorts in Valle de Guadalupe and from Special Chef and wine makers dinners at Provecho Grill in Menifee, California
